Our Mission

The mission of First Christian Counseling Center is to be a Christian counseling center focused on hope and healing through Jesus Christ. We are committed to guiding people toward wholeness through affordable professional counseling, consultation, and care. Doing so in respect for each person’s faith and spiritual walk welcoming those from all faiths, as well as, those who have no religious affiliation.

Isaiah 61:1 - We are called to bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim freedom for those who are captive, and comfort those who mourn.


Our Vision:

First Christian Counseling Center strives to provide recognized and respected mental health and life coaching services to those in Henry County, Indiana and surrounding areas. FCCC desires to be an extension of the local church, offering counsel to those going through a season of difficulty. FCCC is intended to be a resource within reach of anyone who wants help while supporting and collaborating with local pastors, churches, and organizations within the community. Our goal is for all who receive our compassionate care to experience God’s grace, find healing, reconciliation, and wholeness of mind and heart.

What types of counseling is offered at FCCC? 

Individual counseling, premarital/marital counseling, spiritual counseling, behavioral counseling, grief counseling, career counseling, mentoring/life coaching services. 

Does FCCC take insurance?

No, we do not at this time.  

How much does counseling cost?

Counseling is free.

What if I don’t have transportation?

Some members of First Christian Church have offered to transport people to and from counseling sessions if needed.

Does FCCC offer virtual counseling?

Yes, we do offer virtual counseling appointments. 

Are there afternoon/evening counseling sessions available?

Yes, we do have some afternoon/evening sessions available.
